normal agent has no bonuses or negatives, where the 00 agent has to take a ppk and has to destroy one gadget before half way through as well of the extra option C whcih isn't specified yet as Sken hasnt finished the list

Well they both have their good points. I doubt you need to choose right now though...Sken hasn't worked on this for a while but does hope to in the holidays or something I believe.
