The h2g2 Poem

Stuck

I'm stuck
Not in glue and not in paste
It does just seem such a waste
Inspiration falls behind
A bright idea I need to find

My ideas like sunshine hide behind the clouds
Wrapped a way the mystery that they once were enshrouds
All my light my happiness it really is quite bleak
I can't think of poetry to write down for this week

Please can you help me see?
That it's not so glum
For when inspiration will not be
I still have you my chum
You fill the world with fire
A glowing star by day
When I'm in the mire
You will not go away

My muse my companion
A champion of pride
When I'm feeling lost
You're always by my side
