The h2g2 Poem

1 Conversation

Andromeda

Carpets of grass,
Singled out lines.
A small sign
Of something.

A longer glance,
To tell more.
A fleshless tone
For a silent girl.

When they saw,
They didn't look.
But when they looked
It was gone.

PS - where'd you go?

Don't say your last goodbye
People will ask us why
You can stay a while
Sing us that song again

It'll be cold in the sky
Mixing drinks
Where the angels fly.
