Afternoon, Geggs
I don't have much technology. A PC (about two years old, but has had various upgrades to it) I have a mobile in a drawer - I'm not sure where the charger is. The main bulk of it is my games consoles, PS, PS2, Xbox, Xbox360, Gamecube, Wii, DS light, Game boy Advance and a Philips CDi, with a number of games for each one.

Hmm, tech goodies. Well, I am typing this on my iMac, an ancient MacBook Pro that needs it's battery replaced (again), G4 Powermac, Asus Netbook, B&N Nook (black and white), iPhone4, Work laptop, PS3. Also in the house are various windows boxen owned by J (fiancee) and J (room-mate) as well as a host of gaming consoles.
I badly desire an iPad2 as well as a new MBP, but I think the MBP in particular will have to wait. The iMac is getting oldish and wants replacing first.

Oh, and a quick query about mobile phones, presuming someone has experience of this. Is it safe and easy to get them unlocked using one of those websites that offers this service? My Mr's phone speaker has broken so I want to unlock my old LG Cookie for him to use.
Last time I went to a mobile phone shop and they did it for a fiver but it's out of my way and would cost nearly that much in fares.
