It did not take as long as I thought. The Gods have incarerated the evil shape from where it cannot escape. It will be obliterated. I must take a turn about this boat to ensure it is sea worthy. I put a spell on the skipper and he will guide you to where you need to be. I have also brought you this potion. Please drink it Princess.

*blinks at Liquid*

*With shaking hands she takes the phial and opens the stopper*


*Leaning against Cal she drinks it down and suddenly she warmth spreading through her limbs. She feels calm and begins to fall asleep in Cal's arms*

*He sees the colour return to her cheeks and knows the goood medicine is healing her. He gently lays a hand on her cheek, like a father to a child. He only wants the best for her.*

I shall examine the boat. Rest, Princess.

*sits down on the deck laying her head on his lap*

*Jack carefully places her cloak over her*


*Looks at Cal and nods... he seats himself a little aside*

I can feel a power, a surge in the supernatural forces surrounding us. Something is coming. Look, look at our skipper's face, that blank expression. His eyes have gone black.

*He lepts forward as skipper jumps to his feet, a long dagger flashing sunlight in his hand. Liquid turns the blade to dust, which blows away. The skipper wrestles with him and is thrown overboard. He does not even struggle as he is sucked down under the waves.*

That "Thing" that followed the assasian is with us still, see how it pocessed him? Captain Jack, take the helm. We must be more alert now, perhaps even more so.

*The captain hesitates*

*under his breath* Was my love really so lost? */*

*he turns back to Cal and Lilandra, lets his eyes fall to Lilandras sleeping face then focuses on Cal again*

You have won her from me, perhaps I had hoped for more than I could have. Take good care of her for me. Take the helm

*he kneels himself infront of her and kisses her hand*

Lilandra, find your homeland and your peace

*satisfied he gathers himself together and draws the blade from his belt, looking up as the small boat draws closer to the elven queen, he turns his gaze back to Cal*

I'm not going back with you

*he drops the blade into the water and watches it sink beneath the waves, then backs up to the edge of the small boat and draws his sword from his belt, watching the light reflect from it. He take one last look back at Cal and Lilandra, then takes a deep breath and drives the sword into his stomach. Gasping he takes a step back and lets himself fall from the boats edge into the water beneath*

again wakes up..
.."laundry maid?" no towels?
"what type of rubbish is this"
gets on feet.. looks about... thinks to himself that the fishing village is not proper.

yes.. i'll go looking for tea...

{after staggering for a moment, and not finding his dictionary at hand}


spots in the distance..
"A Inn !!"

runs..

again he trips... face down in mud.

why am on a british MUD page?

stands and calmly walks into thee inn.
sits and orders a cup of breakfast tea and pays for a room.
sits and sips his tea.. playing off the fact that he is COMPLEATLY covered in mud.

stands.
burps.
goes to his room for another few days 'till he figures out time zones.

*Lilandra is jolted awake by Cal's sudden shout and movement. She opens her eyes to see him reaching out for Jack*


*Her eyes can see, but her brain does not register*

*Scrabbles to her feet.. she slips on her cloak and falls to the deck. She rises again, in time to see Jack looking into her eyes as he falls from the boat and all she can do is sag to her knees and sob*

*Shairi crests the dunes and looks at the village. She turns to Bob.*

Is this a new one, or did this belong to the cats?

This? oh this is new, the Kor'ri, the cats as you call them don't go too near the water

*Shairi takes a deep breath, and walks toward the village.*

*Bob runs after her and catches her up*
