I like a lot of flop. Dogs with a lot of dewlap need long ears. With the Spinoni, their ears are big enough to use as rags when the dog spits all over you. There's some function.

Well I like Ada's length, big enough to snuggle, small enough that they don't look to sillily

I like long and floppy. I think it's cute when the ears get wet when they drink water.
