Hi Dr. Memory!
Well, first things first- I don't know a whole lot about what you're talking about, but I'll try to help you just the same!
-The first paragraph is unneccessary, and doesn't really contribute a lot. Just start the article off with the second paragraph!
-You might want to break it up into sections. It would make it a lot easier to read
-The links to the commercial websites will be removed when you get to Peer Review, so it might be easier to take them out now!
This is a good article- makes a lot of alphabet soup seem a little less scary! It shouldn't have much of a problem getting into the Edited Guide!

Thank you. Deleted the 1st paragraph, which didn't say much of anything, and added some section headers, and deleted the external links. Tightened up a few sentences and added a short paragraph on some comsumer products that use these devices.
