Organic chemistry is so, so much better than physical or inorganic chemistry.

Physical - sitting in front of a computer day in day out, waiting for months for one day spent playing with a bigger computer.

Inorganic - a hundred and one ways to play with toxic heavy metals and sit waiting for crystals to form.

If nothing else the occasional fire/explosion keeps you on your toes in organic chemistry.

Every single drug - from aspirin onwards have required organic chemists - either to make them from scratch, or to modify natural compounds that are either not effective enough or too toxic.
