Peet (the Pedantic Punctuation Policeman, Muse of Lateral Programming Ideas, Eggcups-Spurtle-and-Spoonswinner, BBC Cheese Namer & Zaphodista)

1 measure each of:

Vodks
Blue Bols (Curaco)
Benedictine
Southern Comfort
Babycham (Or any fizzy pear cider)

Pour into a half-pint straight glass, add an ice-cube sized lump of dry ice (solid CO2 - NOT ice cubes dried with a bar towel as one barman tried to fob me off with...)

It has a good approximation of the appropriate effect, somewhat like having a mild concussion from a slice of lemon wrapped round a moderate-sized gold brick. The fog which trickles down your arm and off your elbow looks good too... I was the last person left standing on the development team in the Robert Gordon's Institute of Technology Student's Union in 1981!
