Alcoholic Cocktails

1 ½ oz Gin

1 oz Triple Sec

1 oz Lemon Juice


Combine with ice; shake. Strain and add ice. Serve in a |_|

¾ oz Vodka

¾ oz Tomato Juice

1 tbs Lemon Juice

dash of tobasco

dash of Worcestershire sauce / Hendersons Relish¹


Combine with ice; shake. Strain (add ice if required) and season to taste.²

¾ oz Brandy

¾ oz Khalua

¾ oz Heavy Cream


Combine with ice; shake. Strain and serve in a Martini glass.

¾ oz Vodka

¾ oz Tequila

¾ oz Triple Sec

¾ oz Roses Lime Juice


Combine over ice.

Hologram

1 part Blue Curacao

1 part Banana liqueur

1 part Cranberry juice

place ingredients into shaker with ice. shake and strain into shot glass

Mad Scientist

Less than 1/2 shot Blueberry schnapps

Less than 1/2 shot Raspberry schnapps (or wildberry schnapps)

Grenadine syrup

Bailey's irish cream

Fill shot glass less than 1/2 full with blueberry schnapps, add same amount of raspberry schnapps. Slowly top off with grenadine. Dribble a small amount of Bailey's on top.

Mellow Hiker

1 oz Midori melon liqueur

1 oz Watermelon liqueur

1/2 oz Banana liqueur (optional)

1 oz Coconut rum

3 oz Mountain Dew

Combine alcohol over ice and add Mountain Dew. Stir and Garnish with Melon ball if desired in a cocktail glass.

Milky Way Martini

2 oz Vanilla Vodka

2 oz Chocolate liqueur

1 oz Irish cream

Combine all ingredients, mix, serve without ice in a cocktail glass.

Moon Quake Shake

1 oz Coffee brandy

1 1/2 oz Dark rum

1 tblsp Lemon juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Flash Gordon

5 cl Gin (Gordon dry)

5 cl Bitter lemon (Shweppes)

5 cl Sprite

Ice cubes

1 slice Lime

Mix everything into a highball glass, add ice and lime on top.

Frogstar

1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Tequila

Orange juice

Ice

Fill highball glass with ice, add the blue curacao, add the tequila and finally for that yummy green color, fill the glass with the orange juice.

The Half-Brick

25ml Jack Daniels

25ml Tequila

25ml Blue Curaque

25ml Vodka

10ml Bitter lemon

1/2 can Red Bull

dash tobasco

ice,olive

Sling the booze, red bull and bitter lemon into a mixer, and shake.
Pour over the ice and add an olive.
Then, drink......carefully .

Non-alcoholic Cocktails

Tropical Nectar

1 Passion fruit – flesh and seeds only

1 Orange –peeled and segmented

½ Papaya or Mango – flesh only

8 oz Pineapple juice

1 tsp Lime juice


Blend all ingredients in a blender with ice; strain into a large cocktail glass.

Mock Manhattan

2 oz Orange juice

2 oz Cranberry juice

A few drops of Lemon juice

A few drops of Marachino cherry juice

1-2 dashes orange bitters


Combine with ice; shake well. Strain and add ice, decorate with a cherry.

Thames Water

Shirley Temple

7-Up

Splash of Grenadine

Pour Grenadine over tall glass of 7-Up, Garnish with a Flag

Strawberry Daiquiri


3 oz. Fresh or frozen Strawberries

Splash of Sour mix

Dash of Grenadine

Blend with ice until smooth, Garnish with a Flag

Beach Blanket Bingo

Equal parts of Cranberry and Grapefruit juice

Splash of Soda

Stir juices over ice in a Collins glass, top with soda, Garnish with a Lime wedge
