The Guild recently partook in a goodwill mission and relocated an orphanage to a large house in the country as their city residence was damaged by recent conflicts. The several important lords and ladies are still there. If we can convince them that you are not really evil but a nice person who has a lot of outwardly-expressed hostility towards her overbearing father, we'll be more welcome at the Guild when we all return together. How does that sound?

Why would I decieve you? Everything I've done at the Guild has been in effort to find you, from releasing the Fie to dropping magic scrolls around! The personal expence of all those magical items alone should convince you of my sincerity.

Why would we need to kill everyone? There's no-one left but Degrom. Craxus hasn't been seen in weeks and you've already taken care of the former High Council and most of your extended family. Why do you need the killing?
Let's go to the Guild and not kill, that's my plan.
