Inspiration

The poet would like to apologise

For sending a plea in disguise

I need a muse a helping hand

I need someone to understand

Ideas and inspiration isn't so easy to come by

Rhymes and repetition end in pigs flying in the sky


A good home I will offer

With milk and cheesecake too

For a muse who understands just what to do

An inspiration bringer

A friend a helping hand

A spare idea or two would be quite grand


Hear a poet's plea, oh someone please

A muse for inspiration I'm asking on my knees

All applications welcome, anyone will do

Oh muse if you read this I'm asking now for you.
