Well done Atom Boy
If you have further changes you need to make, the Sub Editor of this entry will be along in a few days. You can let him/her know of the changes you wish to make.

Yes, we *do* have the technology these days - researchers have always been able to correspond with the Sub-Editor as their entry goes through the editing process, but the best development in recent years has been the UpdateForum.
Before then, Edited Guide entries used to be more or less carved in stone - once they went in the guide, it was quite hard to update them. But now we have the UpdateForum, if there's any improvements you want to make to your entry, or new information about Groningen that you'd like to add, it can be done

wow, technology, just explain that to me someday! I never heard of the UpdateForum until now. Thank for your help. Any tip, no matter how stupid and obvious it may seem to you is very, very much apreciated!

No problem I used to be a <./>Scout<./> and a <./>SubEditor</.> so I kind of know how the system works...
What's happened now is that a copy of your entry has been created - A3342548 - and that will given to a <./>SubEditor</.> to be polished up for the Edited Guide. That will become the page that gets 'published' on the Front Page of the Guide. Once the Sub has sent it back to the Editors, it will sit in limbo for a little while until they officially 'publish' it.
It'll be a good idea if you pop over to A3342548 and click on 'Click here to be notified of new Conversations about this Guide Entry' so that way you'll automatically be subscribed to any comments anyone has to make about your entry.
It hasn't been allocated to a Sub-Editor yet - at the moment, Paully's name appears on the 'Edited by' section. He's one of the Italics, one of the paid BBC staff who run the site, and some time in the next few days he will allocate A3342548 to a Sub-Editor, whose name will replace his where it says 'Edited by'.
The Sub-Editor should then get in touch with you - different subs have different ways of working; some message you personally, some might leave a message for you on this thread. Some prefer to contact you after they've made the minor revisions necessary, some do it before.
The one thing that you should bear in mind is that any changes to the entry for the Edited Guide can only be made by the Sub-Editor or Editors from now on. Your original entry is yours to improve and change as you wish, but if you'd like to add or change anything to the entry for the Edited Guide then ask the Sub-Editor and they should be able to help you.
There, hope that helps!

Actually, Atom_boy I can understand why you panicked that this wasn't finished. It's still looking good though.
Could you get in touch with me so that we can work together on it please? I'll do all the sentences, grammar, etc and you can help me with the facts, place names and everything? Sound good?
