And no, I personally don't think that there is anything else that you need to add to this entry to make it worthy for inclusion in the Edited Guide. However, in a nod towards what Paully said, if you'd like to throw in a bit of history about the event and the race track that would be lovely.
As a peace offering, I would be delighted to pick this entry when my time slot comes around again. That will be in about 2 or 3 weeks time I think

I'm not sure about adding historical information - I'm tempted to write a whole entry about the British Grand Prix in general, but the problem would be that it would need updating whenever something interesting happens at a future race... I'll have to have a think about that one.

Your earlier suggestion would be optimal - it wouldn't require too much updating, just the odd sentence if anything really dramatic happened.
However, I recognise that you've had to wait a long time for anything to happen on this, so I can understand if you just want to wait for it to move on.
