This joke may just be too English. I have found that in Holland the UK propensity for tanking up with beer and then going for 'an Indian' is quite an alien concept!

Well, I certainly got it, and the nearest I've ever been to England was standing on the edge of New York harbor staring at Eifel's Statue and getting dive-bombed by kamikaze pigeons... or that time I spent in the Dog and Duck in Austin, swilling Spaten...

When Uvula is in the choir, she usually sings harmony. She tries to toot in antiphony...
but sometimes, dogs for miles around wonder what that high-pitched sound is...
and veterans of artillery barrages dive for cover.

Ahhhhhhhhhh... the 'bean' scene... me hasn't wathced that film for a while... just thinking about makes me want to dig it out and watch it...
