Ah me

Post 1

Sad, Mad or Bad? - I always wanted to be a dino, but alas, I'm just old.

She is really dead
She fell on her head
The blood was red
Oh no! She's dead.

She died
No way she could have survived
I really am not surprised
Oh yes! She died!

Was it the fall?
Was it the fright?
And why did she say
'Who turned out the light?'
Where will it end?
(It ended there)
And now she's in heaven*
Walking on air

*She hopes

After all, is there any other?

Herewith follows an unashamed plug for my article on the aforementioned bad poetry. http://www.h2g2.com/A456653smiley - winkeye

Bravissima!

Have you offered this beauty for peer review? I'd be happy to recommend it. The world is too full of poets vainly striving to produce good work... and failing miserable. What the world needs is more shamelessly awful poetry.smiley - smiley

Yes, it's on the peer review page. http://www.h2g2.com/F48874?thread=83754 And well, just as long as nobody asks me to write an article on GOOD poetry. I know nothing about that at all ;-) Thanks for your vote of support! It's my first effort for writing for H2G2, and it's great to get positive feedback.
