Nah, that bird is about to scratch it's ear.
It's an odd photo to win a competition (eg the blurry stick at the front is distracting), but I reckon it's definitely right for h2 - "a quirky and lively picture that we imagined must have been quite difficult to capture" 
How long before the robin gets given a silly name?
