Hi everyone,
I came across your website by accident, as I was browsing for a bed and breakfast accommodation. If I had never been to Poole I would be quite put off by your comments, but I used to live in Poole and how refreshing it is to see an honest account of the place.

I know Poole is a lovely place to look at from brownsey island and has a lovely beach (sandbanks) but the people are a different breed. Dont get me wrong I did live there for a number of years and some of the locals are nice, but some are so unfriendly. I am originally from the north and became quite homesick for friendship and comfort that I bgrudgingly sold my house and gave up my job to move back up north.

I still visit poole regularly because it does have better views and weather than where I live now but it is always nice to come home.
