Is this about Judaism or the history of the Jews? It's difficult to tell.
Also, the note about the difference between the Koran and the Bible on who was favorite son is unnecessary, as this is about Jews and not Muslims.
If you really want to write about Jewish beleifs, you'll need to start with creation, since Jews beleive that God only chose a nation once he realized that it would be impossible to get the whole world in line.
