I guess beer and suchlike will be best if we're drinking in the park, then all night in the bar 
might get us a bit too much badgered if we lay into spirits too early 
Some of the suggested items on teh list are a little* over the top regards alochol we'l need, though I'm still not sure quite how many are going to the afterrnoon

Is anyone bringing soft drinks cos I may have Alex with me if not I'll bring some for her, and have we booked the pub as a private party, if we have me and Alex may be there for a little while after the park

Yeh; I booked the bottom bar ofthe pub a while back; I'll be ringing them again Monday, to conferm it; they are normally fine, but they like you to conferm closer to the date, plus give a more accurate estimate of the numbers

I started on my camenbert last night, so weather any will be left by the time of the meet is very* debatible 
I'll try to leave the emential edam and the other cheese I haven't yet identified alone, so that should be a bit of cheese for the rolls; and thinking about it, I've some prepacked ham, of debatible quality that I could bring if I've not eaten it by then 
Of course, depends how much space I've got in my bag after putting the beer in
