hello!
Can I suggest, after having drunk a couple of cocktails in my time with shot glasses in, that you offer a word of warning about 'knocking the drink back in one go'... Mind your teeth and your nose on that shot glass!
... Admittedly I usually get hit with it from the bottom of a pint glass, not a half glass, but it still hurts!
(That's a BrainWaster: a half of white cider, draft is fine, cheap is fine, Black Rat *other ciders are available* is best IMO, and a bottle of lemony vodka alcopop in a pint glass, then a cinnamon shot (aftershock or goldschlager...) is dropped in (after taking the top off the very full pint of course!).
Sip gently and enjoy the smooth lemony apple mix with just a hint of cinnamon... Like an apple turnover in a glass... And by the time you get to the bottom, where the cinnamon kicks you in the teeth, it tastes just fabulous 
*drink reasonably, do not attempt more than two of these in a night, and not for long-drinking sessions... These are for when you need to catch up quickly!*
