Language Thing - Mandarin orals

Post 1

Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ?

Hey guys,

I've got to learn some mandarin orals so I figured I'd put them in here so you can all tell me to go learn them smiley - biggrin

They're both about transport (since thatt's the unit I'm doing right now).

Here we go:

Che che che
Wo shi shenme che?
Wo you si zhi jiao,
Hai you yi ge shen.
Wo zai si ge ren,
yi shi wang qian ben.

+=+=+=+=+

Car car car
I am what car?
I have 4 legs (wheels)
Still have one body.
I carry 4 people
(not actually sure but it has somehing to do with running...)

smiley - cheers

OK, here's the other one. I have to pick a city to go in here, but for now I'll just type it out with Beijing.

Qu, qu, qu
Wo yao wang nar zou?
Wo yao zuo houche qu Beijing.
Beijing de fengjing hen haokan,
wo yao zuo huoch qu Beijin, qu Beijing.

+=+=+=+=+

Go, go, go.
I want walk which direction?
I want to go to Beijing by train.
Beijing scenery very nice,
I want go Beijing, go Beijing.

yang-chiou-horng

the last line:
wo yao zuo huoch qu Beijin, qu Beijing.
I want go to Beijing by train, go Beijing
huoch may be huoche
huo=fire
che=car
put two words together and become a new word-----train
because ancient train had to use coal
Chinese saw huge flame from it
Is this story funny?
