Just to be sure I've understood this right:
In Entries submitted to PR it is appropriate to suggest that special characters are phrased as 'named entities' rather than 'entity tags' (eg as þ rather than <ENTITY TYPE="#254"/>
In Handy Polish Phrases A2900242 there are several unfamiliar special characters not listed with named entities in <./>GuideML-Characters</.>
- I'm guessing it is fine to use entity tags with these. I think most are listed at:
