h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I was stumbling past because I have been pursuaded to edit up a really old entry of mine for PR and I wanted to use "the pill" as an example. Strangely, there is no edited entry on what must be a very important topic to many researchers (many more in fact than will be interested in applying for a patent, which is what I am working on).

Just wondered whether I could continue the chain and nudge you into adding anything more you see fit and submitting this to Peer Review.

I have several of these that were written for Mu Beta's project, and most of them would probably be PR-worthy with some additional information (like the similar Berlin Wall short I'm supposed to be expanding for a link in the Walls entry).

I don't mind working on it, I need something to submit for the month of January, anyway. But if it turns out to be a lot of extra work, it's probably going to take longer than a few days because my plate is rather full at the moment.

Meanwhile, anyone else interested in taking this on is quite welcome, just let me know.

Not trying to pressure you - just thought I'd mention it because you have a load of entries and this one looked like it might be a valuable one forgotten about. I'm impressed if you manage an entry a month.

Don't think I should take it on really, since I don't know more than your typical guy on the subject, but I did also discover a lamentable lack of an entry on the "Union Jack" in my stumblings, so I might work on that!
