Interesting. I should love to know more.
For example, are these ancient creatures that have existed since before the dinosaurs? What do they eat? Perhaps I'd better go and look it up.

sorry I know I could have included more details. I'm pretty sure they have been around for quite a while, though perhaps not all the way back before the dinosaurs. As for their feeding habits, they eat sweetfish, crayfish,
and other shell fish they can did up under rocks. They have also been know n to eat small mammals such as mice, shrews, or even rabbits. You can get a thirty second clip of one on Arkive.org.
