I like cuppa soups... very fastfoodish... they're easy for stereotypical student me to make and they're nice...
My mum makes a mean leak and potato soup
Joanna ( <--- I don't think Leazes does soup, unfortunately)

Its good to see 97644 making a re-appearance, I missed that old number *nostalgic *
I can see I'm going to have to have a section for you cuppasoup fiends *resigned sigh*
We'll get on to Pot Noodles next.
Only joking! There's already enough on H2G2 about that particular culinary delight

Capitulation to the Philistines BS, I thought more highly of you.
These people don't realise the benefits that a rich homemade soup can have, choice of consistancy is a personal preference or dependant on your food processor. But a fresh soup contains all the nutrients puls the warmth that a cup a soup can never quite is able to duplicate. Cup a soup is just a quick fix, and not all that good because there are always lumps at the end no matter how carefully you stir the water in.

Aww, c'mon DD, I agree the connection of Cuppasoup with the real thing is as tenuous as the connection between Caffrey's and beer but I hope the inclusion of the reference is in no way seen as an endorsement

Just as long as you add a disclaimer, that cup-a-soup has no nutrirional value and is not recommended on a vegetarian diet I'll be happy.
Key: Complain about this post
