I've just read through this magnificent and very interesting article, only to discover that I cannot listen to said song.
I do so want to by now.
It really is terribly sad, you know.

But it was one HECK of an article.

No, I haven't. That would be a long list, if it included all the variations on the Anthology. BTW -- my dad claims that the songs on the Red and Blue albums are alternate takes, because he doesn't think that the recording quality is quite as high as those on the originals. Do you know anything about that?

No - I hadn't heard. I had thought that they were original recordings... I know that they're different on Past Masters, though - but that's hardly new. Hmm...
