I came here under the advice of the Captain, and I was under a miscomprehension when I wrote the last post.
I think I'm paranoid - have you any advice for extreme paranoia?

Yup, I do.
First, go to the newly created string "Paranoia" on the article "Counselling".
Then follow any advice presented there; each new client get his/her own string.
