That is a very imaginative prologue. It would be interesting to see how you use this potential story to either write satrical story about humanity in general. Or just a story about a Brave New World scenario.

Thank you very much smiley - smiley I was hoping for positive feedback. I'm a bit dissapointed that no one seems to have posted anything for a while. Is something wrong with overseas servers or something? Or do you just have more lives than I do? smiley - tongueout I haven't posted because I didn't even see this convo smiley - blush

In any case, thank you. It actually is not the prologe, the title is just a bit of humour, primarily because it appeares as part of a compendium in a novella that I wrote later. It is a short story intended to stand by itself. But I may yet make it into a prologue. If it gives you the feeling you described (which is pretty accurate) then I may have tosmiley - winkeye

As for Brave New World...having read it I saw that it has the exact sort of tone I'm trying to avoid (but I loved that booksmiley - biggrin) The name of the planet IS Newworld, but the closest I ever get to the work of Aldous Huxley is a pun-chapter title that reads "Brave Newworld" Hehe. Anyway, thank you.

I offer you this chocolate barsmiley - choc
