h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

the room is sparsely decorated speaking of a life spent in solitude and hard times

there is a window in the northern wall of the room from which you could see the arena and a part of the healers hall in the distance

there is a small fireplace in the western wall with a pile of logs stacked next to it, the mantle of the fireplace holds various trinkets and objects picked up on his travels

in a corner of the room stands a small table with a pitcher of water and a bowl and soap for washing

the eastern wall has a set of drawers against it, this contains everyday items such as clothes etc.. apart from the lowest drawer which is locked and cannot be opened next to it on a chair is a pile of clothes and a a small grey animal which on closer inspection turns out to be a young wolf cub

the bed occupies the centre of the room and is at this moment unmade as the sheets are thrown all over the place proclaiming a few nights of restless sleep....

*Nilsson enters and waits*

*enters room and walks over to the wolf cub, seeing it asleep he turns and looks out the window*

*turns and bows*

lord nillson I did not expect to see you here

*Nilsson comes out from the shadows*

Well the excitment is over for now it appears.I am Nilsson,Leiutenant of The Lupisberg Army and your master of combat.

*His nose wrinkles*

There are several things I must tell you before we begin training,I am a Werewolf,any silver take it off,on full moons I do not have to turn into a wolf however I can Turn into a Wolf,and I do not eat people.

i have no silver on my person and the only silver i have is on the mantlepiece

*leaves*

*looks out of the window, then turns and follows the Leiutenant towards the arena*

*strides in and after placing his blades on the set of drawers, collapses onto the bed*

*as he lies there he looks over at the wolf cub which unsuprisingly is still asleep*

*after lying there for a while, gets up and heads to the drawers, absentmindedly stroking the cub on his way past, he picks up his blades and returns to the bed*

*pulling the katana from its sheath he proceeds to clean and sharpen the blade all the while humming a tune to himself*

*Nilsson appears at the doorway*

Come my apprentice to the Guild arena,there is rumors of another young apprentice warrior for me to train.

*walks in*

Lord Nilsson?? I was told to find you. Sorai d'Lamo is my name and it will be a pleasure to serve underr you

*nilsson turns his 7 foot frame to examine this newcomer,his wholly black eyes taking in every detail,his nose wrinkles slightly as if smelling,and when he talks his large canine teeth are clearly seen.*

*stands up and sheaths the blades*

my lord, as always i am ready lets begin

*looks at sorai d'lamo*

*grins evily*

*smiles then turns back to Nillson*

i am ready, lets go

To the arena then,and lets match ye up.

*walks out towards the arena*

*follows Nillson to the arena*
