I gathered that much of this article is offline, but have you thought about including the medical uses in an extra section? Could help the entry through moderation maybe. about tsc in glaucoma therapy I know quite a bit!

You *are* fast! And incredibly good informed! Nothing wrong or missing, as far as I can see (apart from typos due to my rushing you) . I just *think* the bit about AIDS is quite long, since to my knowledge (which isn't *that* profound) cannabinoids have no known effect on virus replication or the immune system, just could relieve some of the side-effects of treatment. My humble opinion, mind. Or mind not .

I do have a nice anecdote for you, though:
In the first animal experiments conducted with glaucomatous rats a closed system and cannabis smoke were used. Tobacco was substituted with Damiana, since they didn't want to confuse cannabis-effects with nicotine-effects. I was told the "closed system" wasn't that closed after all, and since Damiana has supposedly a slightly aphrodisiac effect... imagine stoned lab techs trying to messure intraocular pressure on stoned lab rats... ~(_c*>
(I have the anecdote on good authority, my acquaitance worked in that lab - but since this *is* a great story, I'm not sure whether it's plausible to have happened like this. I don't really doubt his credibility, but oh, how unprofessional ...).
