What happens to every one else's scores once someone reaches the 100 mark? Are they scrapped so that we have to start all over once somebody wins?

My page is having a rest at the moment but I usually proudly disply my trophy with a lot of smugness 
But, yes, once a winner is announced then we all start again so everybody gets a chance. If you join the game late then it is difficult to catch up. So it means everybody starts afresh.
This Wordplay is getting more popular every week.
