at gerland they keep the music to a minimum, basically half a dozen different instrumental numbers all with a kind of pulsing rocky balboa motivation sound they play up until the teams come on the field, thereafter nothing at all.
there's no food or drink of any note, the souvenir "shop" fits on a couple of card tables, no programmes are sold (if you get to the stadium 15 minutes before kickoff they're handing out rudimentary free ones)... at the stadium you get the match and that's it. which suits me fine.
