I am astonished, I am just listening to Sky Sports News and Calderon (new madrid president) has just said words to the effect of:-
We have been tlaking to Cesc for some time and he wants to go to us so now we must approach Arsenal.
Wait one second surely that is "tapping up" if ever I heard of it.

It's a disgrace. But they seem to get away with it.
I thought it was quite funny when Ronaldo had to back track though - his man didn't get in and he had to start swearing his love for Man U again.

I don't think Cesc will go to Real - he is a Catalonian after all!
I really think that it is HILARIOUS that Chelsea are getting hot under the collar about the statements that Robben is keen to join Real! Pots and Kettles spring to mind

Yes, if anyone knows all about tapping up it's Peter Kenyon and Chelski.
Besides, how enforcable is a rule that disallows people to talk to one another? Every club does it, it's a pretty ridiculous rule really.
