I have always despised Dennis Wise - he must be the most annoying player in the football league. He deliberately winds up opposition players, he's not above using off the ball tactics, and plays the ref.
I recognise that he also has other skills, he is a good striker of a dead ball, reads the game excellently, and rarely gives the ball away - after all you don't get into the England team by just being a spoiler.
When he signed for Coventry I was disappointed, and said so, in the online forums. I recognised that he could be valuable on the coaching side as Coventry have a young midfield, but didn't feel he should be playing.
In 3 games he has now been booked twice and scored 4 times.
