...put the flavour in to yoghurt? And which is right, yogurt or yoghurt???

after a quick trip to the fridge i am able to report that it is Yogurt on the subject of how they get the flavour into it I guess they just mix the fruit puree into the plain yogurt and add rediculous ammounts of sugar.

actually they only add ridiculas amounts of sugar to the type of yogurt i call "puding" yogurt. It can usually be easily spotted by the sprinkles found in the lid. Real yogurt on the other hand is im pretty sure actuallty has no sugar (i think) and i think the best sugar is the plain unsweetened yogurt with little pices of fruit mixed into it for flavor.

when you have plain yogurt and mix fruit or even jam into it it still doesn't taste anything like commercial yogurt because of the lack of additives and sugar. I can't say I've ever come accross yogurt with visible traces of sugar.
