"Last night, a bright new star appeared in the firmament of Pickle Theatre. The artist only know by the soubriquet of 'pickledonion' turned in a performance of such breath-taking audacity, such thunderous emotiveness, that it was all I could do to grip the arms of my chair in an attempt to restrain myself from punching the air, kissing my neighbour and rolling around on the floor in a morass of blubbery tears - all at the same time. Such was the accomplishment of this young, unheard of and undoubtedly very tasty thespian, that the audience might have been [cont. p.12] ..."
