HI FLY,
Did it...Got to it in one...! Who's a clever boy then ?
Did you know that there's a party tonight in the CB, looks like it is going to be a good do.
I think that I'll stay registered on this board, but I don't think at the moment I want to get too involved. I know that I'm a worrying old fart, but I just feel something isn't quite right. I'll pop in from time to time and have a quick word but, I think that I'll feel more at ease elsewhere.
Bye now..I'm off to the CB. See you.

Hi Al,
Don't know if you'll be looking this way, but in answer to your last post,I know how you feel. It's all so strange, secretive and yet open to the world. Does that make sense?
I felt happier on the CB board when things were good. I do look in from time to time but haven't found any occasion to join in, really. Have got out of the habit.
You didn't yell loud enough for Aston Villa, did you?
See you around,

Evening Fly,
Children are in bed and I thought I would pop in and say hello to you and anyone else around tonight.
Would you beleive it! Danny has now got the 'bug'! Poor soul. He couldn't eat dinner, that was the first sign. Me and D couldn't face food so Mr. M. went to chippy. Neither could eat!
Thought about you and Ruth today with the motor racing.
Would love a but might make me more ill so will stick to

Hi FLY,
You know how to hit a man when he's down don't you ?...lost 2 bloody nil..at home. Don't start me off....Well there's always next season,at least we're not fighting relegation like last year..Should be good next term if we can hold on to our good players plus the brilliant youths we have coming through.(that's the first smiley I have ever done)
Yes this board is odd isn't it. Yesterday I found myself looking at a debate on masterbation,I suddenly had the feeling that everybody on the board knew what I was looking at and quickly left the sight, feeling as if I had been doing something wrong.I would rather be back in the CB, but like you, can't seem to get in to it again at the moment.Might look around for something else that's friendly and not too taxing.
Speak to you soon

Hi Al,
Well, I must say, you must have looked in some very dark corners to find a debate about masterbation. Sounds a lot funnier than endless Scott Clout. It wasn't under "sport" was it? I expect if Big Brother was watching you'll get your hands smacked.
Saw you briefly on CB, oh, I don't know, I just don't find it so friendly any more.
It's way past my bedtime, I fell asleep during "Murder in Suburbia" or something and nowI'm wide awake.
Why do those football managers have to chew so vigorously all the time. I know they're tense, so am I, but why can't they bite their lips like normal people?
Nighty night.
See you

Hi Mustard,
Poor little boy, what on earth is going on? Have any of you been to the doctor?
Thanks for the e-mail, I'll see if I remember how to remove things. Do I highlight all those funny words and then go to my place? You see, it's a waste of time trying to teach me anything.
Way past my bedtime.
See you tomorrow

Hi Ruth,
Yes, wasn't it good to see Jenson there? I became quite emotional, tears as well, reminded me of the time of Damon Hill.
It must be so galling for the drivers knowing nothing's going to beat the Ferrari of Michael S. It's not just the car, he also has the luck of the devil..But, as my husband used to say: nothing lasts forever, so we'll just keep watching.
Was more exciting than the last race, wasn't it?
See you soon,

Hi Fly,
Noticed you in the CB tonight. I didn't get involved as I was watching something on TV.It looked a bit like old times with Perkins, You & Shell. When I read the messages after the board had shut I wished I had been there.I've noticed the chat you've been having with Jen Re. you know who. He is a 'destroyer' isn't he.. Don't know what the answer is really, after all he has as much right as anyone to post.
Hopefully some of the old crowd will start creeping back now.I might try and pop in myself tomorrow, although I tend to look in, see what's about, then clear off.

Hi Al,
Yes, it was good all day yesterday on CB.
I have been doing the same as you, just looking in and leaving again, but I think it may be the wrong thing to do.
You are right, S.C. has as much right as anyone to be there and we have all welcomed him at first, but you can't help getting fed-up with the same arguments over and over again. He can be quite witty and funny, but it's not the sort of thing that appeals to me. So I leave. I feel a bit sorry for him as well, he seems to have no other interests.
But it's a pity we've all had to go somewhere else, isn't it?
I'm still not familiar with this board, yesterday I read a lot of messages that were a week old and I had't seen any of them.
It must be me.
S.C. did come in for a moment yesterday but I think he found it all too boring.
Hope to see you to-night, then. Not watching the footie?
SPORTS CORNER
alzima Posted Mar 23, 2004
Hi Fly,
Might watch the footie, but tend to be a VILLA supporter first and foremost, and casual about the rest.
I have never found SC funny. I think that is what irritates me about him more than anything.I could warm to the biggest scoundrel, as long as he made me laugh. If I see one more reference to Shell's truncheon I'll throw something heavy at my PC.
Anyway if yesterdays board becomes the norm, who cares about SC !!!!!!
See you later

Oh HI, AL,
I know how you feel about Shell's truncheon. I don't know how she puts up with it.
But... musn't cheer too soon.
It looks, for to-night we are SCOTT-FREE.
Is he reading all these messages?

Hi FLY
Went to CB, stayed until 8.30, nothing happening so did other things. Went back just before closing and found LOADS of messages(some of them warning people about me...flattered)A man could get a SC complex you know ( wait for him to leave before all the beautiful people come out to play)
What was all that/..../--../// stuff about?
Where was the dreaded S ?
Hope he hasn't been offended.
Bye for now
