Ruth - I could tell you it is the product of a misspent youth, or a MENSA IQ... but I cannot tell a lie . It is entirely due to the assistance of a friendly little anagram solver - you just put in corrie and cos cyber cafe and it comes up with umpty squillion ideas, some of which are sensible, some of which are completely non-sensible and some frankly bizarre!!! So there you have it, I'm afraid.

As for making time - I have decided that I shall always be able to make time for this place.

Corrie, thank you for your lovely idea and all your hard work. How you find the time to do it with all you have to do every day I don't know. I just sit behind the desk all day and try and avoid the chaos going on around me. You leave me gasping!!

Well, everybody except Perkins must know by now where we are, we'll have to give him a subtle hint when he gets back.
I haven't been to the CB for a couple of days, somehow the boards are closed a lot of the time. Do you think they're smartening them up? Pity really, it was all so lovely when I first joined. It was just before the funeral,remember? And the bonfire. I thought it was going to be like that all the time!!

We'llhave our own parties. Yes, poor Jason, but then, he should have kept ORDER. (made a note of this sign but have no idea what it looks like)

Things are looking up here. I've got my video going again and the hot water (miraculously) has started to flow again in the kitchen.

It's strange but I was thinking about Perkins, and Briant. They are lovely and they help to spice up the CB. Lets hope between you two, they join us on h2g2 sometimes. As Perks is on his hols he may well have a shock when he comes back. I was feeling a bit despondant when I first got here and thought I'd had enough of it. Well, that's shifted somewhat. I hope Jason comes back and the other two follow. Haven't been over to the CB today, have you?

I was watching the second half of the football and thinking of Perkins and Jason and then I remembered that poor Mike was quite bewildered a couple of nights ago. He asked: "Where has everybody gone?", but because "LOL" was around I felt I couldn't tell him. He must have been missing when we were talking about it.
And then there is Hunny and Dee Dumpling. Strange how they haven't been around, but maybe stayed away for the same reasons as we did.

I have answered your e-mails, Corrie. It worked brilliantly, thank you.

The nextdoors have only just packed it in. He's going to turn the garage into a bedroom, he says. They have 4 children and they haven't had a roof on the bung. for a year now, it's covered in flapping plastic, the kids say it's very noisy when it's windy. They want to sell the property with a good profit and then they want to go and live in Ireland.
