Yes, I meant to take a picture of the dried peppers, because I only know them by their Spanish names, same like everyone else around here.

Alex,
I am sorry! Just now when I sent the picture off to Wilma, and re-read the section on chillies, I noticed that in the sentence that is now a list of chillies, guajillos are mentioned after the colon but not before as are the other chillies.
