Anyway... to the matter in hand:
The first paras of the entry have now been substantially re-written as a result of Gosho's useful comments. I think it's a great improvement. So thank you G
I've also attended to those more niggly, picky things he found - other than the ones I disagree with of course

As with the Liverpool Slaving entry this would be improved by judicious use of the TITLE element in the LINK tag so instead of referencing a link to 'restaurants' you could reference it to 'Eating Out in Orkney' by phrasing the link as:

Yes, great link Gosho! Ah, the memories! (and I used to work for RoSPA, but I never heard of them putting 'The Dying Fly' on any list of most dangerous activities. I don't think we ever had one.
