I LOVED your article. Brilliant.
May I offer Bangkok Airport for the long walk commandment? They are very proud of the fact that it is a 1km walk from International to Domestic. And yes, I was in a hurry. And no, they DON'T signpost the free shuttle bus as well as they signpost the really long seventies-style (brown, curved, perspex, nobbly floor) walkway. And yes, I did nearly pass out! And no, there wasn't any seating at the other end!
