it is encouraging to know that the three can be pulled off in a show. i've done it a few times on a negative budget and i'll keep trying more. eye candy in the lobby. unscripted or semi-scripted onstage banter and solid music are a tough gig to pull off. glad it's happening. the days of vaudeville are NOT over !!

Ah, I fear you have fallen prey to some interesting editing...
The Annie Leibowitz exhibition is not connected to the hackney Empire in any way, it's actually several miles away, and I saw it the day after we saw Bill Bailey.
Bit frankly, Bailey's combination of music and comedy is hard enough (viz Ther barron Knights or Weird Al Yankovic) without wishing him to do more...
