Hmm... I'd prefer to be thought of as a souvenir rather than as a trophy... if those were the only choices going!

Well, the process of being turned into a trophy is rather a drastic one for the individual being trophied. Fatal actually. Head and shoulders hacked off, sent to a taxidermist, stuffed usually into a manner and pose not natural, mounted onto a slab of wood generally obtained under environmentally destructive methods, then hung on a wall in a dingy hall to gather dust.

Being a souvenir though, your souvenirness consists of photographs, thoughts, letters, poems, cards, images, emotions, impressions, experiences, memories... things that allow you to carry on being, and perhaps above all to enable that collection to grow, change and evolve.

Souvenir wins over trophy everytime -and you get to change some of the souvenir collectors too!
