Well, nobody seems to be picking up the quote, and for a change I have a nice movie (that I've been meaning to watch again for a while, actually) with plenty of good quotes, so...

*shrug*

1.
'For God's sake, Ringo Starr married a Bond girl!'

Heh... might be a 'chick-flick'. But still, it's a cute movie, with a whole bundle of good actors (and a whole bundle of good quotes too). And I still need to re-watch it. Maybe tomorrow. smiley - smiley

Next quote... um, I'll make it two, both by the same character.

2.
'Don't buy drugs. Become a pop star, and they give you them for free.'

3.
'If I reach number one, I promise to sing the song stark naked on TV on Christmas Eve.'

(That last one might make it easy for someone who saw the movie... I kinda hope it won't, though. smiley - winkeye So many more I can use!)

HAIKEEBA!

Well, that's kinda familiar now but I still don't know...

Spent the day working the fields in western Hamamatsu today planting green onions by hand under the bright but cool and breezy Autumn sky. It was nice; no corporate politics, no complicated responsibilities... just me, the ground, and the sound of women gossiping on the wind in Japanese. Hard work but there's something very satisfying about looking back and seeing a field that you planted by hand. And the lunch and green tea afterwards tasted very fine. Well, back to work in the real world.

smiley - bubbly

Since I know I'm right, Yael was right that last quite gave it away, and I might not be about in the morning, this one should be easy. Same range of movie type things, but it amuses me

1) I am a golden god!

Yeah yeah, Jack got it right... smiley - crossJeez, couldn't you let me post some more fun quotes?

Like this:
'- I thought it might be something worse.
- Worse than the total agony of being in love?!
- Oh. No, you're right. Yeah, total agony.'

Or this:
'Ten minutes at Elton John's and you're as gay as a maypole!'

Or this:
'- Would you like to meet your household staff?
- Yes, I would like that very much. Anything to put off actually running the country.'

Or... smiley - erm Okay, you get the point, there's loads. I'll stop now.

Oh, and I have no idea what your movie is, so far. *shrug*

3)Aw, man. You made friends with them. See, friendship is the booze they feed you. They want you to get drunk on feeling like you belong.
