If this person continues to harrass you and you consider it breaking house rules, then you MUST use the appropriate methods to have him dealt with. You must use the complaints procedure and in that you can state why you consider him to be breaking house rules.

Unfortunately, when the complaint goes to the moderators, they do not see the posts around it, just that one post that is being complained about. Sometimes they will dis-agree with you, other times they will agree with you.

Please use it, or perhaps someone else can do it for you. I've yikesed the posts in the other thread for you as it's flaming a situation there. You must do the same here or elsewhere if you feel the need.
