anyway, it seems i have found myself with an overabundance of mistletoe and thought that it might help spruce up the room a bit if i hung some of it here and there
what do you think???
oh, and btw......i also seem to of found these neat christmas tree door hanger that plays music everytime someone walks past it...think you might want to use it??? it really is festive

Thanks - I have to get the place decorated., I said I would help Santa out. He is obviously so busy just before Christmas. It was great that he managed to find the time to log on as an h2g2 Researcher, and come to the TDV party on Friday night.

Yum! I haven't had a good mince pie in ages! Thank you, Peta! And a big thanks to Santa for being here! I plan to watch the sleigh flight being tracked by NORAD (North American Radar Detection) like I do every year, so I'll wave as you fly past!

mince pie?? i know i am going to most likely be made fun of for ages over this one but what is mince pie??? i have heard people talk about it before but must admit i have never seen or tried it.....

A small pastry cake filled with Mincemeat, not the meat kind but a mixture of fruit and suet.


And jolly tasty as well.

well the fruitpart sounds good but what is suet??? is this anything like a fruitcake???

Its infinitely better than fruitcake, monsy! I think that you'd really like it. Suet, well, if I tell you then you won't want to eat it - much the same way folks don't eat menudo and Rocky Mountain Oysters once they know what they are... Suffice to say that its something worth trying!

ok then....i will have to actively search for some here in the good ol' USofA maybe there will be someone around here who can help me in my quest to sample this treat

I'm not very good at decorating, but i brought some holly and some snow spray with me, where do you want it?

oohh!!! look at the snow outside!, now it really does feel like christmas! anyone want to take a break and maybe make a snowman or something??...it is so rare that i actually see snow that well, i just love to play in it when i do
