100% Flour - either Strong Flour or Plain Flour
Bakers Yeast - Bread Yeast
Citronat and Orangeat - these are sold together as Mixed Peel
Muscat - Nutmeg
Kardamon - Not sure! Closest I know is a spice called Cardamom that has a perfume type taste and is used commonly in curries.

It's flour with a lot of gluton in it. It makes better dough as it's the gluton in flour that makes it stick together, more like elastic

well, for something "not fully" operating you helped me pretty fast .
thanks for the information - from my experience, the egg in this yeast dough make it sticky enough, kneading that one counts as bodybuilding .
thank you, if I finish something else worth an entry I'll throw it into the tank and hope it doesn't drown ...
