A2256707 - Yorkshire's Castles: Helmsley Castle
Bluebottle Posted Feb 15, 2004
When I was at Helmsley Castle (which was Yorkshire day last year) they had a Norman Conquest re-enactment there, which meant that half the castle was fenced off. And it took 45 minutes before we finally found somewhere to park in Helmsley as they were having a rubber duck race. But it was a good day, even if we weren't able to spend as much time at Helmsley as we would have hoped.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
