This is a well-written entry, but unfortunately almost everything in it is already covered in the Edited Guide, and in greater detail. You really should search the Guide before writing an entry as detailed as this.

There are even entries on the etiquette of using cutlery and chopsticks. The only thing in this entry that isn't already covered, as far as I can see, is how to hold a pair of chopsticks.

Good stuff Hussassan 
I was impressed by the description of how to hold chopsticks, achieved without the aid of a diagram.
However Gnomon is quite right 
. There is much of this already in the EG. The one link you have provided already covers much the same ground, and provides the links to knife fork and spoon entries. If the other entries didn't exist this would have little difficulty in being picked. As it is you may have to find some way to make this entry sufficiently different to justify adding it to the EG. Maybe expand on etiquette in different cultures.
In addition there is no mention (yet) of the method of using food as a utensil - such as the naan used to eat a balti (I can't off the top of my head think of any others). It may be aposite to mention which hand ought to be used to eat in finger feeding - I believe using the left hand is frowned upon in Arab countries (possibly wider than this, but I am only aware of the aversion with Arabs) - that would allow linking to entries on handedness.
